The Boston Celtics will hold their victory parade through the streets of Boston on Thursday, June 19th, beginning at 11 AM at the TD Banknorth Garden. The parade will follow a route through downtown Boston.
Fans are encouraged to line the parade route to cheer on the team and celebrate their historic victory. The parade will feature floats, marching bands, and the Celtics players and coaches.
The Celtics defeated the Sacramento Kings 108-63 in Game 7 of the NBA Finals on Monday night to win their 17th NBA championship. The victory was the Celtics' first since 2008.
